DJs Kark and Peewee, residents of Beat:Cancer and the alt. & LGTBTQ+ friendly Cosmic Hard Dance, joined forces to form this tyrannosaurus wreck of an act.
For their dino-mite sets expect terrible costumes, too much energy to safely handle and plenty of high octane tunes; ranging from industrial dance, through techno to hardcore and hardstyle. The Jurassic Duo bring to the decks liberal lashings of off the wall covers, remixes and bootlegs along with live mashups, idiotic sampling and exclusives! Between them they hold a host of Industrial and Hard Dance residencies alongside guest sets at venues such as Infest, Slimelight, Ministry of Sound, XOYO and Resistanz.
DJ, Producer and Promoter Kark is not only the mastermind behind Beat:Cancer, but DJs Industrial, Hardstyle, Hardcore, Techno, Trance, Metal, and whatever else seems like a good idea at the time. He can be found filling dance floors at events across the UK; notably including Infest Festival (Bradford), Slimelight (London), Ravelogic (Northampton) and Resistanz Festival (Sheffield). Alongside these guest slots he holds residencies at Cosmic Hard Dance (London), Khronology (Bristol), Hardcore London and Beat:Cancer. He’s played on lineups with top Djs such as Scott Brown, Darren Styles, Lab4, Organ Donors, Rob Da Rhythm, DJ Seduction, L8N, Jester & Johl, Chemical6, Virul3nt, Mark Breeze & Dark By Design!
Peewee plays the cheese you love to hate! Lots of cheesy bootlegs of classic’s dropped in with hard and fierce beats. Predominantly DJing Hardstyle, Hardcore, UK Hardcore & Frenchcore. However he often crosses into other genres such as 80s & 90s Dance, Eurodance, Minimal Techno and Bounce as well when he gets the chance!
Peewee is co-promoter & resident of Cosmic Hard Dance in London as well as playing regularly for Xtreme & Beat:Cancer. His DJ career has seen him play on lineups with some of the best including Headhunterz, Keltek (ex Pskyo Punkz), Darren Styles, Scott Brown, Lab4, Dougal, Frisky, Andy Farley, Mark Breeze, Ravine, Mark EG, Organ Donors and many more.
